Step 1. Planning and Alignment
We start with a meeting to understand the client's needs, target audience and website objectives, defining scope and essential functionalities.
- First, we will meet with you to understand your business requirements, technical motivations, and budget.
- Our team will then perform a comprehensive technical audit to inventory your entire need, covering all components and external systems or support services in scope.

Step 2. Ideas & Concepts
Now that the detailing phase is complete, it's time to put it all in writing.
- One of our project managers will create a plan divided into 2-week sprints to accomplish the SoW
- Customers are added to Slack for real-time collaboration with the Vauss team

Step 3. Development and Implementation
Once the design is approved, we begin programming and developing the website, ensuring that all functionalities and content are integrated correctly.
- If any unforeseen circumstances occur, the team will reassess, adjust and pivot as needed.
- In the spirit of transparency, time is tracked in Toggl so you can see exactly what you’re working on and how long it takes to complete tasks. You’ll also receive daily emails detailing all the hours worked.

Step 4. Testing, Optimization and Launch
We carry out tests to ensure perfect functioning on different devices and browsers, optimizing performance and preparing the website for launch.
